This happens when loading a task fails.

Work Around In General: Figure out the essential components like SDK and XML components that are not installed during Installation of the Sql server 2005. Select these as required when prompted during Setup.
In general, “Error loading task” applies to any task that does not load due a lack of supporting component not installed during initial installation
